It's been over a month since my first post so I can't blame you if you don't believe me when I write that I'm going to start blogging again, but I'm going to start blogging again.
Today is the first milestone. On second thought, it's not really a milestone; it's more of a starting line. Today is the first day of the 18-week training program. Almost everyone I know with a marathon under his belt has used one of Hal Higdon's training programs. I haven't found a better option (nor have I looked) so I plan to do the same. I'm still debating between the
Novice 1 and the
Novice 2 program, but both start with a 3 mile run, so I can put off that decision until tomorrow. I've always been a procrastinator, so why stop now?
Speaking of procrastination I have a bunch of essays to write. Business school applications are due in three weeks, and I still have a lot of work to do.
